Outside IR35. I work as an independent B2B supplier on fixed-scope, deliverable-based contracts, not a disguised employee, so there is no umbrella company or payroll obligation on your side. Each engagement is scoped to outcomes and deliverables.
How do you contract with overseas companies?
As a B2B supplier: a simple services agreement, fixed scope with milestones, invoiced per deliverable or stage. I am based in Pakistan and bill in GBP, USD or EUR via bank transfer or Wise.
What are your working hours?
I work on GMT+5. That overlaps European and UK mornings, and I am flexible for later calls with US teams, so there is a dependable window for calls and same-day answers rather than an overnight gap.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. On delivery and final payment, all code, pipelines and documentation are yours, with a clean handover so your team can run and extend them without me.
